Shona has worked with Thorntons Letting Department since 2011 and is a highly competent individual in her role with a great eye for detail.

An important part of the HMO team Shona deals with all administration tasks such as; applying for HMO licences, renewing HMO licences, repairs and maintenance for the HMO properties we manage, liaising with landlords and tenants, ensuring HMO regulations are being complied with by both landlords & tenants.  Shona’s friendly and enthusiastic approach to her work will ensure your needs are met first hand. Her vast knowledge will also help to assist you if you are looking to add to your HMO portfolio.

Shona has successfully completed CIH Level 3 Certificate in Letting and Managing Residential Property
