Megan Braid
Property Letting Assistant

Megan has worked for Thorntons since 2018. She began her career in the hospitality industry working and training in establishments across Scotland and Australia.

Megan started on reception at Thorntons prior to her move to the letting department. On a day to day basis, Megan is the first point of contact for our landlords and tenants.

Her enthusiastic approach to client relations and efficient running of front line services has proven to be invaluable to our department.

A main part of Megan’s duties is to provide a professional service to all clients whilst managing extensive administrative duties.

In her time with the letting department Megan has worked closely with the Scottish association of landlords, providing advice on lease preparation and mutual occupancy agreements.

Megan loves the fast paced nature of the role. Mainly she enjoys the process of assisting tenants from application all the way through to picking up their keys!
