Academic Year – 2023/2024

Our Student properties will become available as and when the current tenants provide us with a ‘Notice to Leave’.  Only then will these be advertised on our website.

To ensure a smooth process, please do not contact us by telephone, instead please read these application process notes.

• When e-mailing the application and supporting documents please state the address of the property that you are applying for and all applicants surnames in the subject of the e-mail.
• To ensure a fair process, we do not operate a first come first serve basis. 
• If your application has been successful, we will contact you within 10 days of submission. If you have not heard by then you should assume that you have been unsuccessful.
• As properties are allocated they will be removed from the website.

PLEASE KEEP LOOKING. New properties will be added as and when we receive confirmation of current tenants' intentions to vacate in the summer of 2023. This can happen from February right through to September and beyond.

Details of the references and supporting documentation you are required to provide are noted below:

• Application form
• Proof of identification
• Proof of current address
• Guarantor Agreement (Proof of Guarantor signature)
• Character Reference
• Current Landlord Reference
• Cover Letter

All applications must be legible, completed in full and all references signed.

Incomplete/Incorrect applications will be rejected.
